Refund & Returns Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2025

Thank you for your order. I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund & Returns Policy explains when and how you may request a return, replacement, or refund.

1. Physical Books

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of receiving it at [your email address] with your order details and a photo of the issue.

  • I will be happy to provide either a replacement copy (where stock allows) or a refund.

  • You may also return a physical book within 14 days of delivery if you change your mind. In this case, the item must be returned in unused, resaleable condition at your own expense. A refund will be issued once the item has been received.

  • Please note: personalised or signed copies cannot be refunded unless damaged or defective.

2. Digital Books (eBooks)

  • All eBook sales are final once the file has been delivered (downloaded or emailed).

  • Refunds are only available if there has been a technical issue preventing access to the file, or if required by law.

3. How to Request a Refund or Return

5. Shipping Costs
